Who are we?

Scott S. Waschitz

Scott has 25+ years of experience in Enterprise Information Technology.  Scott currently resides in New York’s Finger Lakes Region with his family.  Scott is originally from New York’s Catskills Region, where he started the first Dial-up Internet Service in the area in 1995.   

At DPS, Scott has jointly maintained co-locations in two physical datacenters in the USA, as well as Azure Cloud Hosting serving customers in North America, Australia/New Zealand, and India.  Before joining DPS in 2008, Scott was Director/Information Technology at a Fortune 500 company business unit.  Prior to that, Scott worked in a divisional lead IT Architect position, managing servers and networks for on-premises and co-located datacenters, as well as large project management.   

From enterprise server and infrastructure management, datacenter and co-location management, building cloud solutions, managing software development, to project management, Scott has the necessary background to tackle any size project.  Specialties include supporting customers in print + digital/online publishing, advertising, accounting, legal, and real estate. 

Zeke Solimeno

Zeke founded DPS in 1983 as a custom hardware and software development company servicing the industrial controls industry. In 1989, Zeke then transitioned the company to pure software database driven solutions for the publishing and asset management market segments.  Zeke has been involved in system design, software development, and project management at DPS for over three decades.  In that timeframe, he has been directly involved in on-premise single site systems, on-premise multi-site systems, and more recently, large co-located cloud hosted SaaS system implementations in the US, Europe, South America, and in the South Pacific.  

With over 45 years of software development, project management, and customer support experience in market segments ranging from Industrial control systems, property management tracking systems, to publishing and asset management systems, Zeke has the experience and background to assist with most any project. 

Carlos Rosales

Carlos has 25+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting in an enterprise setting for a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses.  Eighteen years of that experience is working in and supporting IT, Online, and Advertising for large corporations.   

He is fluent in both English and Spanish.   

Carlos has been with DPS since 2010.  While with DPS, Carlos has served in the role of IT Architect.  He has jointly maintained co-locations in two physical datacenters in the USA, as well as Azure Cloud Hosting serving customers in North America, Australia/New Zealand, and India. Carlos previously served as webmaster for a news website and managed co-location for 420 websites at a Fortune 500 company.  He also led training and software technical support for North and South America for an international imaging/document management company.  

From desktop support, enterprise datacenter management, infrastructure, co-location, building cloud solutions, to software development, Carlos has the necessary background to tackle any size project.  Specialties include supporting customers in print + digital/online publishing, advertising, accounting, legal, medical, international manufacturing, web development, document management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP). 

Stephen Stowell

Stephen has been in the IT industry for over 20 years with 11 years of which is extensive knowledge in the printing industry as an Application specialist for a large Australasian media company.

Stephen lives in New Zealand and is married with two children. He is a very apt to working in hybrid remote environments supporting customers from New Zealand, India and the USA.
